Ashcorp Group Announces the Appointment of Dumebi Malogo as Managing Director of Ashluxe

Lagos, Nigeria – December 8, 2025 – Ashcorp Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dumebi Malogo as the new Managing Director of Ashluxe Nigeria, effective immediately. His appointment follows an exceptional performance in his most recent role as Chief Strategy Officer of Ashcorp, where he led several high-impact transformation initiatives across the Group.

Malogo brings over 10 years of leadership experience across Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe, with extensive expertise in digital transformation, corporate strategy, business process optimisation, and large-scale technology delivery. His strategic insight and operational excellence will be central to guiding Ashluxe’s next phase of growth and its continued global expansion.

During his tenure as Chief Strategy Officer, Malogo played a pivotal role in shaping Ashcorp’s Group-wide transformation agenda, strengthening operational performance, and unlocking new commercial opportunities. His leadership contributed significantly to the organisation’s growth trajectory and long-term strategic direction.

Prior to joining Ashcorp, Malogo led Strategy and Digital Customer initiatives at Deloitte West Africa and held senior roles in other international consulting firms, where he delivered major digital and technology transformation programmes. His work has supported clients in generating over $500 million in revenue, highlighting his proven track record in driving measurable business impact.

Yinka Ash Empowers Covenant University Students at the Fifth Edition of the YAART Entrepreneurship Programme

Ogun, Nigeria, November 21, 2025 – The Yinka Ash Art, Research and Technology Programme (YAART), the philanthropic arm of Ashcorp Group, continued its mission of empowering young African creators and entrepreneurs with the fifth edition of its university tour held at Covenant University, Ota.

YAART is one of Ashcorp Group’s key social impact initiatives. Ashcorp Group is the parent company of Ashluxe, Ashluxury and Plus234Labs, and through YAART, the organisation invests in the next generation of African talent by supporting creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.

The event was themed 'Beyond the Degree: Your Boss Move Blueprint' and was designed to equip students with practical skills, entrepreneurial insights and strategies for success beyond the university environment. The programme attracted hundreds of students who participated in an immersive learning experience.

Yinka Ashogbon, Founder and CEO of Ashcorp Group, delivered the keynote address. In his address, Yinka Ash highlighted the importance of combining creativity with structure, discipline and self-leadership.

“The real world rewards those who take initiative. Your degree is a foundation, but your discipline, creativity and consistency are what will build your legacy. Start small, start smart, but most importantly, start now,” he said.

The event also featured a panel session with senior executives from Ashcorp Group. The speakers shared their perspectives on career growth, personal development and navigating opportunities in an increasingly competitive professional environment.

A business pitch competition provided a platform for outstanding student entrepreneurs to present their ideas to a panel of judges made up of Ashcorp senior executives, Covenant University alumni and faculty members. The top three winners received one million naira, seven hundred and fifty thousand naira and five hundred thousand naira respectively as seed funding for their businesses.

YAART has grown into a notable platform for youth empowerment since its inception in 2021. Previous editions have been held at Babcock University, Caleb University, Pan Atlantic University and Bowen University. Each edition attracts students who are eager to learn, innovate and chart their own paths to success.
